On Saturday 4 May 10:00 we will hold a 1 hour hands-on crash-course workshop on how to do pixel art for the ZX Spectrum, given by Rui Martins and Filipe Veiga. We will summarily explain the limitations of the format and show you how to use a few modern tools to draw pixelart. The workshop targets anyone comfortable with using a computer and interested in drawing pixelart for the ZX Spectrum. We require the attendees to bring their own laptop to take full advantage of the workshop. The objective is to quickly learn how to draw and enable you to try to finish an entry to submit to the ZX Spectrum graphics competition that we are holding later in the day. Workshop attendance cost is free but limited to the room capacity and we will prioritize participants who have registered ahead of time.
